The trip concludes in the upper canyons of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area with our departure destination of Hite Marina. Our trips accommodate children as young as 10 years of age. We offer 2 - 4 day motorized trips and 5 day oar trips through Cataract Canyon. We can customize your group adventure to meet your itinerary needs.

Cataract Canyon
In Canyonlands National Park, the Colorado and Green Rivers meet, combining forces to spill through Cataract Canyon with remarkable speed and power. This fourteen-mile stretch of Class III to V white water is, in a word, lengendary. While Cataract thrills boaters at any water level, the river becomes more and more demanding as flows rise above 30,000 cubic feet per second. Spring runoff is typically highest in May and June, with water levels dropping through mid to late summer. Many types of guided trips are offered in Cataract: from single day sport boat tours to multi-day adventures.
